Package 1: $325 Run in shed in Paddock
Shelter: Run in shed
Water: Automatic Ritchie Waterer – heated in winter
Mineral: Salt Block
Hay: 24/7 outdoor round bale
Worming: Entire herd is wormed by the facility
Facility Use: Full use of tack storage, indoor and outdoor arenas, rounds pens, hot walker, trailer parking
Not Included: grain, stalling unless medically needed, no option for private turnout
Package 2: $375 Cold Barn & Paddock
Shelter: Cold Barn (no heat or amenities) with 10x12 stalls, with mats and shavings, cleaned weekly, 9 stall capacity
Water: Automatic Ritchie Waterer – heated in winter
Mineral: Salt Block
Hay: 24/7 outdoor round bale
Grain: 2x daily, horses in long enough to eat in the evening and then turned back out, also in for extreme weather
Worming: Entire herd is wormed by the facility
Facility Use: Full use of tack storage, indoor and outdoor arenas, rounds pens, hot walker, trailer parking
Not Included: no option for private turnout
Package 3: $425 Stall with Turnout
Stall: 8' x 12' heated, with rubber mat and wood shavings, cleaned frequently
Water: automatic waterers (heated in winter), stalls also have auto waterers
Hay: 24/7 outdoor round bale, 2 flakes am & pm when stalled
Grain: 2x daily
Mineral: Salt Block in turnout
Turnout: Daily into assigned grouped paddocks, brought in nightly or in extreme weather
Worming: Entire herd is wormed by the facility
Facility Use: Full use of tack storage, indoor and outdoor arenas, rounds pens, hot walker, trailer parking
Package 4: $475 Stall Only, No Turnout
Stall: 8' x 12' heated, with rubber mat and wood shavings, cleaned frequently
Water: auto waterers
Hay: flakes am & pm
Grain: 2x daily
Worming: Entire herd is wormed by the facility
Facility Use: Full use of tack storage, indoor and outdoor arenas, rounds pens, hot walker, trailer parking
Extra's
The following options are not covered by the boarding lease
but are available upon request and will be billed in addition to the board.
PRIVATE TURNOUT
$100 Extra per month gets your horse a private paddock. Please note, this option is not available for Packages 1 & 2.
MEDICAL CARES
Daily Supplements or Medicines: that are not premeasured and/or premixed. $2/day
RX Shots: When prescribed, approved, and requester by the vet. $10/shot
Wraps/Soaks: Applying any wraps or soaks. $30/time
GROOMING
Light Brushing: Horse body and maintained tail and mane. $25/hour
Major Brushing: body, detangling mane, and tail, applying topicals. $50/hour
Clipping: Charged per horse per time, starts at $25 and goes up from there. $25/minimum
HANDLING
Blanketing: It stays on or off when we do it $10/on and $10/off
Vet. or Farrier: Or any other outside service $20 min. 1 hour
Lessons: Custom to you and horse needs $45/hour min. 1 hour
TRANSPORTING/SHOWS
Transportation: $100 and then $2/mile
Loading: Trouble Loaders $25/time
Show Coach: Escorted to, coached at show in a 100-mile radius $100/day plus meals/hotel
